Early season over-reactions

Maybe I forget how seasons usually go - but I have never seen so many overreactions by the AP Poll and fans after 2 weeks of football. My 3 points
1) "Bama sucks" because they went into a hostile environment in WEEK 2 at noon and won "barely". I get it, Bama didn't look like Bama - but if you think Saban won't use this as motivation to get their team rolling you will be mistaken.
2) "Brian Kelly sucks" because he lost his FIRST game to FSU. Brian Kelly will be fine and so will LSU. Looking forward to our game with them in October. It was his first game - pipe down until the season plays out.
3) "8-4, Jimbo, and the midnight yelling cucks are trash" - actually this is the only reaction I agree with.

I love how LSU fans completely reverted on BK, after a week absolutely dogging him, based on a single win against Southern: this site in a nutshell, really

You didn’t read any of my posts. Year 3 is when you can start to judge Kelly’s work at LSU.

This site just like twitter and other message boards is week to week. Lets at least get to week 6 before making real judgments

You and Wolfhound are two reasonable ones for sure. It was about 50/50 though- there were a ton of posts about BK last week

The problem is LSU was so dominate in 2019 that everyone is expecting that type of team BUT have no idea that after that team went to the NFL coach frick some blondes had no back up plan. BK is going to need some time to get this roster back to LSU standards

No doubt. Kelly will need a couple of recruiting cycles and a couple years to coach them up.

If our coach can get our dumpster fire turned around in year 2 (hopefully this still remains to be seen) - LSU will be more than fine. All LSU fans should be concerned with this season is just getting better throughout the season and the talent will always be there. If mush mouth O can win a title there Brian Kelly will have no issues at least getting you back to contending

Nope. Most Saban coached Bama teams win that game by multiple scores once thd second half starts. Something is different.

What’s different is they don’t have a first round pick at wide out, their offensive line isn’t heads and shoulders better than the opposing defensive lines, and they kept Bill O’Brien as opposed to having Joey Freshwater and Sark as the play callers. Think of how insanely good those two are at calling plays.

Biggest one I hae seen is that TN does not still suck.
