I know he has an SEC record.I know he is the best in the league right now. But all time? Come on man. How many championships?

In fairness, nobody throws the ball as much as Mizzou, either. If you want to go by passing yards only, yeah.
Don't get me wrong. He is good. But a lot more context would be needed to clarify if he is on another level.

Never mind. While he threw more passes than the other guys, his numbers were still impressive.

I get what you are saying, but a QB can be sandbagged by the team around him, or elevated by the team around him. For instance, Alabama has had some QB's that have National Championships, but should they be put in the same class with Peyton Manning for instance, who has no championships?

The East is obviously the passing division. Should pay-off big this coming season if the OLines and running games improve as much as they are projected to do.

Tua? He probably won't get huge numbers, because of Alabama's style, but he is really good. Trust me.

The West is very good, but right now they lack a lot of QB talent.

True, but I was referring to the GOAT comment. If you are going to determine the Greatest Of All Time, then Championships matter. As good as Lock is, does anybody really think he is better than Tim Tebow, or Cam Newton in college?

As a Quarterback ever been this good statistically while still being incredibly underwhelming to watch?

Yeah, but I am a Lock fan, and I do think he is currently the best qb in the conference, just for the record. He has as a good of a deep throw as I have seen.

If Shea Patterson doesn't transfer then the West easily has better QBs than the East. It's a push because Patterson is gone and Nick Fitzgerald's injury.

Ole Miss and Mississippi State both have very competent backups though. The only team that will be bad at QB in the West is LSU and possibly Arkansas, but Morris will get production. This will probably be the best season for QBs in the west since 2013. 2013 was a banner year with

Mccarron
Nick Marshall
Mettsiah
Dak Prescott
Johnny Manziel
Brandon Allen
Bo Wallace

Lock is not the GOAT nor is he "meh". He is an elite college QB though with alot of potential for the next level. He has an NFL arm but needs more work like reading defenses better.

Indeed and he is wise to stay another year.

He can be a little frustrating. But he didn’t get any favors from his receivers, either. I’d guess they averaged around 4-6 drops per game.

Agreed, Moore alone probably dropped 20 passes this year
