There is a sizeable gap between average (Lock) and what we had last annum.
That being said, no I wouldn’t. Put him in Lyles offense with no QB coach for 4+ years and you likely see the same results we saw last annum.

Lock is good but I think the criticism that he's racked up his stats against bad teams is fair
