Dude just STFU, you play in the weakest conference on earth and you have the media neck deep in your arse every year and still **** it up. If I lost to Stanford last year and Oregon state this year I wouldn't talk **** about the SEC. You play no one.

How do you not realize that there is nothing to gain by scheduling tougher OOC opponents when an SEC schedule is more than enough to legitimize your program?

I think you do realize that, if you possess any logic whatsoever.

If you're going to troll, take a page out of TulaneLSU's book and try to be believable.

LOL!

Alabama lost to Louisiana Monroe last year and then this year were blown off the face of the Earth by Utah after going undefeated in the oh so tough SEC.

HILARIOUS!!!!

Well, to begin with, I am not bragging about anything here, it looks like you are the one attempting to be bragadocious. You brought this up to obfuscate the issue. And, if the SEC was as weak as the PAC 10, I am quite sure we would have to adopt a "play anybody, anywhere" mentality in order to strengthen our sos. The "Citadel's" of the world are to Florida as Stanford, UCLA, Washington, etc. are to USC.

Thats a good one but this has been USCs scheduling philosophy for ages. Play anyone, anywhere, anytime

dont hide like gutless yellow bellied curs and play d1aa teams to pad their schedule.

USC couldn't afford to play 1AA teams, your in conference is weak enough already...

Its weird that the weak Pac-10 has a winning record against the SEC this decade.

How embarrassing for the terribly weak Pac-10.

Why will UCLA schedule games against SEC teams but USC won't? Don't want to get exposed?

USC is 4-0 against the SEC this decade with every game but one being a total and complete emasculation.

SEC ADs are hiding under their desks when USC calls.

yes its is embarassing for the PAC with its weakness...more proving than any other year a one loss USC team couldn't get into the title game because of the weakness of the conference even after playing "anyone, anywhere, anytime" with playing Virginia in your OOC game this year...

USC is the best team in the Pac10. There are a couple of decent teams and alot that flat out suck donkey nuts. Overall, the Pac10 is a pathetic conference.

That 2002 game sucked something serious. Auburn was so close

LSU is lucky that Oregon States kicker missed 3 xtra points and a couple FGs to hold on by one point.

While LSU was scraping by crappy Pac-10 ten teams by the skin of their teeth, USC was demolishing SEC teams.

I don't recall Serna missing 2 fg's...LSU's kicker Jackson missed two fg's plus LSU had a TD called back so in all its OSU that got lucky with LSU missing out on 12 to possible 13 points to their 3 missed PAT's...

If people are going to harp on the 3 missed PAT's tell about LSU's missed 2 fg's and TD...

I guess you missed that beat down of Arizona not once but twice and we beat OSU while OSU is beating USC and Arizona State has been decent and USC barely got by them the same year we played them...

ETA: after looking at the Play by Play Serna didn't miss any fg's in the game...just the 3 PAT's...

So OSU misses out on 3 points LSU missed out on 12/13 points with the 2 missed fg's and called back TD...

LOL!

LSU got lucky alright, even though being outgained and Oregon St giving up 3 TOs, they still needed OSUs kicker to miss 3 xtra points to pull off the win.

Very lucky indeed.

I wish LSU & USC would just schedule the damn games and get it over with. Everyone wants to see it! How great it would be to have USC in Tiger Stadium on a Saturday Night...

You people just don't know what your missing!

That's it, keep ignoring the other facts in the game that OSU needed LSU to missed two fg's and have a TD called back to stay in the game... 12 points > 3 points

Also LSU turn the ball over 2 times themselves...

yeah OSU was very lucky indeed that LSU kept them in the game...

I don't wish to continue an argument for which there is no grounds to debate (strength of conferences), but don't use the first game of the season with a new QB and a torrential downpour that still resulted in a win to argue, when your team has two losses out of the last three to that very team.
