I don't like the argument, as it does open the door for more nonsense going forward from other classes.
You can't lose something you didn't have. The rules changed. They were ohhh so close, but not close enough. It is life. Like being the next guy in line when the ride closes for the day. It is not some great travesty that should require legal action.
