We won the battle in the trenches to say the least. even blew up most of their screens. We need to throw Arnett a blank check

Well, sure. When you rush as badly as we did last night, It's not JUST the OL or the RBs. It's both.

Okay just checking...it’s shocking, really...we never had trouble rushing when that OL coach was at Ole Miss***

It's hard to block 8 with only 5. But our interior OL were whipped all last night.

You guys are starting to run the ball like we did last year.

23 carries with 8 yards to show for it, yikes.

One bad run game this season but the QB put up over 400 yards passing and now the Oline isn't good?

Here is the correct answer. When we took advantage by throwing the ball deep, we were extremely successful. As we show we can throw the ball and teams begin to pay a price for stacking the box, they will stop and our rushing will return. I was surprised they stuck with stacking the box to stop the run after we completed so many deep balls on them.

Mississippi State was playing with fewer scholarship athletes than most DII schools play with, man. Including their entire secondary being out.

This isn't the flex you think it is.

Not true, they had two starting CB’s in the game who routinely got burned.

Emerson and Craft both played all game.

Also, normal starting linebackers and two starting linemen played.

Basically, played with the same amount of Defensive starters UGA played with.

You literally have no idea what you're talking about.

Emerson is literally the only player in their secondary who has started all throughout the year, just to clarify.

That was a severely depleted Mississippi State team and it makes me just as stupid to argue this point with you since it's so obvious.

He does bear some responsibility. Not sure Luke should bare anything

Our center isn't terrible. He's a guard being forced to play center because we don't have a center.

MSU stacked the box and run blitzed all night. Their intent was to stop the run and make Daniels beat them passing. Luckily he did.

A lot of the poor rushing totals is on Kirby. He still, IMO, wants to play Kirby-ball. We had numerous negative running plays on first down. I counted 5 or 6. We should have quit running on first down. I would have been passing on almost every down until MSU backed off the LOS. Just my opinion.

Kudos to MSU. They played with a lot of heart.
