Tony an is extremely arrogant piece of trash who has never actually won anything of substance. He's perfect for Tennessee

ive seen him bump umpires, throw bats at kids, act like an a-hole.
He is genuinely a terrible human inside the game

throw bats at kids,
He never threw the bat at a kid. I watched that game myself, and there was a sequence of events that happened prior to that bat flip. That said player hit a home run, and then he threw his bat into the Tennessee dugout. Then Vitello simply tossed it to the other dugout where it belonged. Vitello just simply didn’t grab a bat and throw from our dugout. It was there bat he gave back to them

You have also seen this in pros as well. When he feels like his players are getting cheated he is going to defend his players tooth and nail. Vitello weighed at least 50 pounds less than Ben Stiller Jr, but yet the ump wants to flop and act like it was worse than it really was.

In the heat of the moment competition can be tense. Why do you think his players love playing for him?

I thought his post-super regional press conference after losing to Notre Dame last year was shockingly gracious.

Oh well he commended Georgia Southern, "shite through a tin horn", whatever that means? Okay.
It means Ga Southern run through our defense with ease. We didn’t have an answer. It’s a compliment.
MSU, okay.
Another compliment that you said you’ve never heard. Just simply setting the record straight.
Ever hear him really throw praise on a team that just beat Bama like UGA or LSU? I haven't...
Our guys really competed hard in the game today. It's a tough environment, tough place to play. Gotta give LSU a lot of credit for making the plays that they made when they needed to make them.
Again, just setting the record straight. Apology not necessary.
The GOAT is always complimentary of his opponents. Putting him in the same category as Tony is ludicrous.
I can post many more but the point should be well taken by now.

I like to hate Vitello as much as anyone, but there was nothing wrong with that interview.
He almost had an air of humility.
