Coaches leave for a lot of reasons. Does anyone believe Arkansas has a better basketball program than UK? Of course not. At the time Schlossnagle left TCU, did they have a worse program than A&M? I don't think so.

May have worked out the best for both teams but most people think the way it went down was pretty shitty. Even Texas fans that gloated that week gloated because they knew it was shitty.
At the end of the day it doesn’t matter. Knowing our admin and some of the stories., him wanting out does not surprise me. Just a bad look.

Schloss left for a *historically* better program. Texas is currently not in a better position to win a national championship. As a coach with 0 national championships, it’s pretty dumb to do what he did. He did not think A&M would come so close to winning a natty last year with Montgomery hurt, or keep their players and be a natty favorite this year.
He essentially pissed away his best 2 chances to win a natty in his entire 20 year career. So frick him.

No one claimed cal left for a better program. Anyone claiming otherwise is stupid. But, schloss did leave for a better program in this situation. Because whether you like it or not, longhorns is the better program in Texas baseball
