I think Sarks biggest problem at this point is ego. If he brings in an OC that actually develops one of these 5 star QBs, teaches them to read defenses, audible, etc and run "Sarks" offense better than he could ever teach them then Sark looks like an idiot and no longer the offensive guru.
If he brings in an OC that totally changes the offense, develops the QB, all of the above, and has way more success, Sark is equally screwed reputationally.
He's screwed no matter what if he is forced to hire a good OC. So he's going to ride the Titanic until it hits rock bottom and he's fired.
