Coulda, woulda, Shoulda! If FSU had had the guts to play in the SEC they would have been a mid tier team. I remember the outcome of the Sugar Bowl when UGA and FSU did get to play. Do you?

I remember that game because FSU had to move Anquan Boldin to QB due to injuries.
Also interesting to note that Florida will be playing all of our traditional rivals this year for the 1st time since 2002.
Some more traditional than others.
UGa - TWLOCP
Miami - Battle for the Seminole War Canoe
Auburn - Our oldest rival
Tennessee - Our newest rival (imo)
FSU - Sunshine Showdown (stupid marketing shite)
LSU - Played annually since 1971
I would put this group up against anyone else's rivals. Too bad we lost the Miami and Auburn games to SEC expansion.

It's regional. UGA fans in South Ga. say Florida is the biggest rival. Fans in the Augusta will say South Carolina. Fans in the Columbus and LaGrange area will say Auburn. Atlanta fans say GT. Fans in NW Ga. say Tennessee.

Florida is Georgia's biggest rival. Any Georgia fan who disagrees is in their 20s and unfamiliar with the significance of the cocktail party.
Auburn is a close second. Georgia Tech is a nuisance game that barely qualifies as a rivalry. That could with Collins at least temporarily.
Florida fans (those who have been around long enough to qualify as true fans) hate FSU and Georgia equally. A loss to Georgia means more because it's a conference game. In the 90s Florida just assumed they would beat Georgia (often correctly) so the FSU rivalry became more significant. That's no longer the case.

I'm sorry but this is so dumb and incorrect it's hard to comprehend. You couldn't possibly have it more backwards. Tech is our biggest rival and has been for over a century, but besides that point I'm curious why you went with the age argument. On the contrary, the age gropu you mentioned (young people) are the ones that WOULD think uf is our biggest rival, simply because they grew up losing to them.
