my argument is based on the quality of players SC and Clemson have now. We still have the QB who beat them on a torn ACL this year. He's likely to be at Clemson next two years, maybe 3.
Clemson won two in row over Auburn by the way. Since you want to talk about winning two in a row. lol
it is cute how auburn people are so protective of SC people.

He may not be what he used to be, but I wouldn't call him done.
Our defense was horrible last year. Spurrier can still put points on the board. I mean hell we scored 42 against Tennessee and lost due to some atrocious defense. The D was terrible. It was a rarity all year long to even force a punt. The HBC's future depends on what happens to the D under Hoke. Spurrier can still lead an effective offense. If Hoke can give us an improved D, I think we can be much improved. We didn't lose much IMO.

I can agree with this, but keep in mind that you lost Davis and your starting QB, it's gonna be interesting to see if SC's offense can have similar production this year.

Not worried about RB. We still have Wilds and I think Williams can beat him out.
I personally am not upset about losing Dylan Thompson. Great kid, but does not play well at all with the game on the line and in tough situations.
More worried about OL losses than Davis or Dylan.
ETA: I think the dropoff from Shaw to Dylan is greater than Dylan to Mitch
