Nope, not into tobacco or American made cars but I do enjoy CFB rivalries. Would really suck to never be able to experience that as a fan.

I am not knocking Bama, they are legit, and have been for sometime. My beef is this so-called rivalry that is pushed down our throats every year that has been one sided for the almost 20 years. 20 FRICKING YEARS!!!. Get it? No one cares when Bama plays Tenn anymore. The game has had no bearing on the outcome of the SEC for quite some time. The game is a shite show every year.

He still doesn't get it...it was never for you or any other fan base in the SEC. Its about UT and Bama and our base. Our fans look forward to this game and have for decades. Again, because you hate it and don't understand it doesn't make a rivalry. Sorry.

Today? No of course not....but here is the thing: Miles retires, you guys make a bad hire, and you are right back to good ol' 90's LSU with an 8 win ceiling. They fired a winner in Fulmer and hired Kiffin and its been 10 years of compounding problems. It happened at Bama, it happened at Florida, its happening at Tennessee, and it can happen at LSU too.
Things are cyclical which is why you guys should really just STFU about our game with them. We are not going to throw out a game that has been played for over a century, a bedrock tradition of the SEC, a game that made what the SEC what it is today because TN is currently down and some cutbait LSU fans and their idiot coach and AD don't like it. Go frick yourself.

the good news is LSU has it's own state and little competition. Tennessee struggled after not being about to recruit out of state. Tennessee has not been known as a very good HS football state until recently with Nashville's boom. It's still no where near LA or FL though.
