Not really. I think he typically does a good job coaching (particularly on offense) and recruits well. He is a little cocky and talks some trash, which I also like.

No, not really. My perception of Lane Kiffin is that he's not that good a football coach. His incompetence was on display yesterday during the Egg Bowl. Why do I say that? Mike Leach made adjustments during halftime. After making adjustments, Mississippi State came back and defeated Ole Miss. Up until half time the game and score were pretty even.
Good coaches know how to make adjustments to their game. Lane Kiffin does not.
