You sign an agreement as your work contract. Like I said on the prior page, a big reason is for health insurance savings, second is just progressiveness. varies by state

Little bit different with EMT's or public safety and I get that.Im primarily talking private sector and Is like to see examples of folks getting fired for tobacco use outside the work place and companies actually testing for tobacco use.
