And unless the cops have gotten stricter since I left, you have to be doing something pretty damn stupid to get a public intox in Auburn, AL.
They are stricter, especially after the shootings, etc... Expect to see more of this type of stuff... Gone are the days when the police just called the head coach or AD. Too many cameras on police cars, a lot of review... you see what happened to the Arkie STate trooper who pulled over Dyer...

A lot of players have done way worse and played but Chiz seems to have been fairly consistant with punishment so he will probably sit and it will hurt, no doubt. That being said I think Auburn will roll all over the fighting Dabos.

I'm so beyond football games, it doesn't matter. And to make this morning even more shitastic, I'm watching my old high school get their shite pushed in at the Corky Kell Classic on tv right now.

Link didn't work. Who does he play for?

He kicked a 4 star QB of the team for the same offense. How's it going to look if he plays? Good chance Chizik will completely lose control, if that happens.

Here's the real question - Whatever he did to warrant a warrant must have been pretty bad. I would assume the local AU Barney Fifes would know who this guy is and give him a ride home giving CGC the opportunity to handling this on the practice field before it became public. Now, Chiz has got to deal with this in the open.
What in the hell did he do? Piss on a cop?

AU Barney Fifes haven't shown any leniency for athletes. They aren't UGA or UF cops, but they don't look the other way either.

Completely lose control? That's already happened.

I saw where him and Gulley Morgan were going to Montgomery last night. I guess something happened on that trip.

I doubt very seriously he kicked Pike off the team for one public intoxication arrest. That might have been the final straw, but that kid seemed like he had an attitude issue before he ever stepped foot on campus. I haven't heard of issues with Dismukes so I would see no reason to kick him off the team for this. In my opinion that would be way to harsh for the crime.
