You couldn't afford to park there. I know for a fact some construction projects spend more on designer cabinet pulls than you probably make a week. You truly have no idea.
That being said the douche level is as high as the incomes there. People with 30A stickers "visit" there. The real money owns property there and they don't put stickers on their vehicles.

I'm about 5 miles from the Atlantic ocean and I've maybe seen a dozen of those in my 5.5 years being here. And I'm sure they were tourists.

Their are many people that are worth 100 million that own property in the destin area. Those type don't have 30 stickers. A lot of old money own condos on Okaloosa island.

Those stickers signal “decidedly middle class striver who is desperate to appear rich”. I like 30a and that’s typically where I stay when I go, but it’s also where most of the olds seem to go too.
