For injuries, you should be forced to use timeouts and when timeouts are used up, if you are playing from behind, it should be a 15 second run-off, at any point in the game, not just the last minute of a half.

This entire thread is based off of a fake lip reading. If this did happen, then I don’t care. The SEC office will deal with it. If the kid ran his mouth or faked an injury, he deserved it. Even if he didn’t, I still don’t care. It’s not going to lead to an epidemic of opposing coaches yelling at players.

Every team should 4 injury timeouts per game. One per quarter.
After that it is a 5 yard penalty and 15 second runoff.

5 yard penalty and 15 second runoff if your playing from behind.
5 years penalty if you’re playing from ahead. (Sometime fake injuries are employed by the leading team when the losing team starts gaining some momentum).
