I was talking about confernce championships, something you can't whine about.

you are right, I am not whining considering we have won one more recently than you have.

Right on!

And that one got you past Georgia Tech, who left the conference almost 50 years ago!

and I care about this why? Old shite like that doesn't even matter to me. I could even care less about 1957 NC.

Get any defensive playing time against vt? I thought he had moved ahead of ma. Johnson?

BJ got on the field a little last year as a receiver. He and Saban decided to move him to DB, so he's learning another new position. He'll play a lot next year.

a 5 star at a skill position should play within 2 years or he is not worthy of his 5 star status. That would be like Bryce Brown not playing RB for 3 years.

NFL first rounders don't always pan out either. Recruiting, just like the NFL draft, ain't an exact science for Christ's sake. Regardless, he's only one game into his sophomore year, lay off him. He still has a chance. Rashad Johnson didn't log time in the defensive backfield until his junior season, and he eventually became a third round pick. I know that's comparing a walk-on to a five star, but still. There's plenty of time for him to make an impact.

Let's see what's been happening at the Barn lately. In 2008 you lost 7 games and were never bowl eligible. Those losses included West Vagina and Vandy . Then you got shut out/demolished by your in-state rival 36-0. Fired one of your most successful coaches of all time, who beat your hated rival 6 years in a row. You hired a man who's head coaching record was 5-19. Last but not least, you beat LA Tech. Congratulations.
