it is funny that he did initially admit to EVERYTHING, and then later denied

He feels your pain.

No, it didn't happen. It was a rumor started a while back, but it never happened.

No. Eco-terrorism is when an environmental group uses attacks and violence to further their goals.

I do not think it happened when Bear Died.... I do believe they rolled it when Bear Resigned, he died a very short time later...

So you would be okay with some random guy destroying trees worth thousands of dollars in your yard, or causing you to spend thousands in the effort to save the tree or clean up the damage? What if some one bulldozed the Indian Mounds on LSU's campus? After all, it's just a couple of piles of dirt, despite their historical significance. The guy committed a felony, irrespective of the sentimental value to the Auburn community. He should be dealt with accordingly.

No matter what... Life goes on.

I just think it is a big deal over some trees... I hate trees and I think it is dumb.

your more than welcome to kill some trees at my house if you could find one

I don't really have a dog in this hunt. I can't stand either one of your schools. This year I hated Auburn more than anybody because they bought a NC. But I gotta tell you, the immediate reaction is sympathetic to Auburn and more disgust for Bama.

I can't even imagine what kind of fricked up piece of trash you have to be to think this was OK. And I have no qualms about killing trees. Done it many a time. But this, this was just wrong beyond belief. Bama is now the APEX WHITE TRASH in the minds of everyone who ever doubted it.

Congratulations.

I have no mystical attachment to trees, but to say you hate trees is really weird. Maybe you should consider moving to western Kansas.

I also find it weird that you seem to have no respect for the property of other people.

BTW, the live oaks on the LSU campus have been valued at $50 million. There are somewhat over 1200 of them on campus, which would average close to $40,000 per tree.

He's already said enough to get sent away for a long, long time.

Idk what ur definition of a "long long time" is, but If he goes to jail for anything more than a year that's ridiculous. Certain drug charges don't carry that much. For example I have a good friend who has gotten intent to sale (felony) pot and the most he can get is a year.

Ppl have been convicted with murder and served less than 10 years just to put it in perspective.

Maybe Harvey can bring that newspaper clipping that his friend from Birmingham sent to him when he was
"protecting and serving" the people of Texas. NOT.
