Well, I strongly believe the current setup is flawed and a playoff is the best avenue to determine a true NC. That said, the BCS is a much better system than we had before.
I look at situations where an undeated Auburn team gets left out of the NC game, where Oklahoma gets curb stomped by K-state but still gets the NC game, another example is P. Manning not winning the Heisman. Any way we cut it, human polls are extremely subjective and have very little reliability in determining which college football team is better.
