So then that's also a pro for UGA. Since y'all are surrounded by all of these other talent rich cities/states, then a kid from nearby Florida or Carolina has no problem "staying at home" by signing with UGA. Right?

Contrary to popular belief, all young black men aren't athletes or locked up in the south. A lot of them go on to do other things besides sports and if they do play, they may decide to do it out of state.

Yes. That's why UGA also recruits well from Florida and the Carolinas.

That map also says Wisconsin is tied with Louisiana, so I don't know how accurate it is.
