I would say that they've both had a chance to showcase their talents in inter squad, bp and everyday in practice. Mainieri plays the better guy.

Well to be fair, MS is just as bad in the corrupt category.
All in all the entire state is corrupt...you ought to be in rowcrop and catfish farming here. The amount of millions of dollars stolen and embezzled would blow your mind.
Most farmers here didn't make their millions honestly. Some did it by gambling, others by landing small jets loaded with cocaine on their crop-duster strips at night.
Some play the subsidy and crop insurance game..I know farmers who will buy brand new tractors and run em without changing the oil and then collect the money when the engines lock up. Some get gov't money and don't even plant a crop they just lie about it.
Catfish farmers stole 700 million in FHA loans in the 90s.
Black farmers are ran into bankruptcy because grain elevators or processing plants won't buy their crop bc they don't like dealing with them.
I know a catfish farmer who made a killing speculating the stock market.
Another catfish farmer lied about his purchases to pocket money from investors.
Then you had AquaPro fish farms where all the owners were put in jail bc of a pump and dump scheme where they publicly traded and stole all of the stockholders money.
Then you had the guys in Belzoni who got their labor from Parchman Penitentiary and would just shoot em if they fricked up and bury em in the levee or throw them in Democrat lake (that's how it got this name actually). Made millions and flew to vegas every weekend to gamble away a half a million.
