Honestly, Bama hasn't looked good since Tenn. Trailed SC by 7pts with four minutes remaining, not impressive against LSU or Auburn, lost to OU, and destroyed by UGA. I go by what I see, not by what someone is trying to influence me to believe. QB has a bad day and this team is toast.

According to Bama fans that was a pre-season game and doesn't count.

If you had to bet all your worldly possessions on a game between Alabama and Notre Dame, who would you pick? The one that recently struggled against LSU & Auburn, trailed SC by 7pts with four minutes remaining in the game, lost to an offensively challenged OU, was blown out by UGA and rushed for a -3 yards on Saturday or the team that has been rolling over opponents since its QB gained experience and OC opened the playbook.

Notre Dame ends their season on a ten game win streak. That’s playing 4D chess right there

All that depends on whether or not you have a coaching staff.

A&M started the party in 2021 then promptly lost to app state the next season.

Blame ESPN and the powers that be. They have made everything outside of the playoffs all but irrelevant. ND certainly does not need the payout or exposure of a lesser bowl.

Who gives a shite about practices when players are transferring out and all you are really doing is giving other schools an opportunity to see backups that they can then poach?

The world is different now. This is 99% a business now. Players and schools will do what is in their best interests. Amateur sports is dead.
