What the hell are you talking about.
Ole Miss = Flagship school.

well Milsaps is better, but of all the public schools it is notably the best. For example, OM has a school of engineering, but states is better and is known as the engineering school

thats baseball..... football is what I was talking about and what matters, notice I used the junction and grove as my examples.... and the gap between OM & State football tailgating is >>>>>> than OM & State baseball

That post was not directed to you.

Oh my fault didnt read it through, who the frick compares baseball tailgating to football.
so 2,000 people tailgating is >>>>> than 60,000?

Pretty sure I didn't do that.

It was directed towards me.
But does anyone one else find it quite amusing that people make fun of ESPN and SI all the time up until they say something positive about their school?
One of the more interesting things that I see in the MB world.

I know, I was referring to SI. NIH, youre very bearable today, especially due to all the flame throwing to keep the thread hot.

Most people expect too much out of ESPN/SI.

Ole Miss doesn't have a better business school though. Better accounting school. State's business school professors, as a whole, are the most accomplished group in the state.

quote:Congratulations and good luck! But I can tell you, none of the med school graduates that went to other schools for under graduate (especially State grads) consider their diploma comes from Ole Miss; but rather the Univ of Ms School of Medicine
and yes UMC counts, i understand your point, but its still the University of Mississippi Medical Center, I start there in two weeks

I know, its just a flame. My family Dr. is as big a State fan as they come and always give him hell about his UMMC diploma on his wall.

this is the first i've ever heard of this. seriously I may be wrong, but everyone I know of has always associated OM with the business school. I have some Indian (red dot) friends and one went to state and one went to OM because theyre families made them choose to be an engineer or business major. I've never heard of State to have a better business school than OM

ole miss always seems to get credit for it by word of mouth but i have never heard a reason why

hell we're better than milsaps too. We are the business school. OM is in the top 100 and State and Milsaps arent rank in the overall business school rankings. Once again we're better than you
