I don't know the personal life of a state rep. Is the man not in the picture because he's dead or is he just a shithead who doesn't want to be in his daughter's life?

80% of prisoners come from single parent households, which are 90% women = 72% come from single mom households and 8% from single father household.

Yeah so guys not stepping up to be a dad leads to kids becoming criminals.
Kids need a father in their life to help them. Unfortunately way too many men are pieces of shite and leave the moms high and dry.
