Well please tell me what else could explain the barrage of insults and degrading of UGA on this board if it isn't some jealously over the attention and praise UGA is getting? I'd love to hear another explanation for it, but it just seems pretty clear to any objective reader

That's something that has been puzzling me as well. Yes, we lost our starting LT and a backup LB for the year, other than that all we have are some dings here and there. UF has lost numerous key starters across the board, yet no one seems to be harping on how overrated they are, even with their injuries

Everyone who is rated high is going to catch shite. UGA fans gave as much shite to us for being "overrated" last year. Most of the talk is fueled from some(a small amount) of your fans saying they got robbed last year. Also, some (a small amount) act like they have the NC in the bag. Trust me, no body (that isn't a douche) is jealous.

Again, where are these fans you speak of that say we were robbed last year? I've never even met a UGA fan that has said that. It sounds like you (generally speaking) may think that LSU really wasn't the best team in the SEC last year and never got the chance to prove it by playing us. I may be wrong there, but I don't see anything that backs up your claim on here. Who cares if a UGA fan thinks they have a great team this year. Why on earth would that, or should that, piss you off?

I live in atlanta and I have heard some stuff. I have also read shite on other blogs and the AJC. Did I say I was mad, no. Im just saying there in no jealousy from us LSU fans to the dawgs. Why would we be? Not to be a dick, but why would we want to switch places?

both teams are great, i dont understand why people call us so undeserving and think we are not going to keep it for any time at all. i cant wait for the season as the sec has some great teams including lsu and uga.

Touche rockchlk, I like your style. Most teams fans would say that. I think UGA is deserving, and I don't think this guy knows I do its just that him saying were jealous is a little ridiculous.

Florida is no more overrated than Georgia is. In case you people don't realize, Florida's starting QB did account for 52 TDs and won the Heisman last year. Oh and they also have Harvin and newcomer Rainey, who will be a beast. Their ranking is justified. You will see.

And I've met PLENTY of prick LSU fans, so what? They were pricks before they won with Saban even. In all honesty, I've encountered one decent LSU fan who was truly a good person. However, his son was 14 and already starting to develop that arrogant, annoying LSU whining. You live in Georgia, so of course you're going to meet UGA fans that aren't going to kiss LSU fans butts, why would they?
And like the other guy said, we DEFINTIELY don't care to switch places

It's funny that you think any UGA fan would stick up for the President. We've been having banners flown over our stadium, and in Jacksonville, for years saying "Fire Adams." He's a hippy douchebag that has tried to destroy the university ever since he got there. He feels the heat and thinks jumping on the football bandwagon will save his arse.
And you're straight up lying your arse off about Richt. How is his admitting that he thinks a team should win their conference, if you asked for his opinion, considered "crying?" Stop being a typical Georgia fan. Thinking your better than everyone else, arrogant prick. And by the way I am very familiar with the Georgia and Baton Rouge/louisiana area and the people in Louisiana are way nicer, better, and caring people. No homer pick there, its just no comparison I cant wait until I get down there. Two years from now.

Thats just Scoop. He's a very unbiased and fair poster... A good poster to have on the board. Thats just his upset pick for the year. Hes no homer... I guarantee that if you asked him what BAMAs record will be hed say 8-4 or 9-3 which is reasonable. He just has a funny feeling.
