Yeah I tend to forget the minor things and focus on the crystal. Too bad you don't get crystal for winning a regular season game.

The SECCG was a "regular" season game? How uninformed are LSU fans really?

And you have to admit Georgia fans and Richt did make asses out of themselves last year petitioning that you deserved to be in the NC game without even winning the East. That was over the top.

Admit what? That's a wornout lie on this board that no one has yet to back up. Richt said he thinks you should have to win your conference, but the rules didn't stipulate that. So how in the world you people consider that "whining" is laughable.

The only difference those caught breaks with other teams losing, unfortunately for Richt in 2002, there were 2 undefeated BCS teams so he didn't get a shot at the title.

Wow, there is another reasonable poster on here. I was giving up hope. Yes, anyone on here that says Richt sucks or is overrated, when UGA has the exact same record as LSU over the past 6 seasons clearly knows nothing about football to begin with.

LSU has been very fortunate during their two title runs that the cards fell in their favor. My Dawgs and '04 Auburn weren't as lucky.

Hell this is the most excitement and most they have had to look forward to since the Olympics were in Atlanta in the 90's

Actually, we enjoyed the assrapings we gave you guys the last two times we've seen you. Or did you forget?

do you actually think stafford is a good QB also?

No I don't, I think he's a great QB and so do those that get paid for their knowledge of the game as well. Sorry that little LSU forum haters opinions don't amount to a hill of beans
quote:

If ya'll can't see that all 6 of those QB situations are much more desirable than the one we have, you're crazy.

You seem to be one of about...hmm...3 reasonable LSU fans on here. Your forum brethren have been drinking the bandwagon koolaid since '03 and believe "their" team shouldn't ever be out of the number 1 spot, win or lose.

Wish there were more posters on here like you. These tigerdropping douchebags really bring much shame and embarrassment to your school.

yall will lose 3 to 4.

Doubtful, and we certainly won't lose to you. LSU on the other hand, could be a 5 loss season

There's a nifty little invention called GOOGLE and, for that matter, YOUTUBE. You'll have no problem finding the whiney little bitch complaining about being the best team in the country and being left out. While you are at it take a look at the little display put on by your school's administration and legislators.

Figured you couldn't back up your lie, and the label still stands. Now go play hide 'n seek with the neighborhood kids. You've got school in the morning
UGA clearly has more talent than LSU, always has. We produce far more talent in the state than LA does. Granted we're not always able to keep the better ones since UT, Auburn, Bama, UF, Clemson, FSU, SC, etc. have raided our state over the decades, but since Richt has been here he's done a much better job locking down the borders.
No way Missouri is better than LSU. They don't play defense.

They played some D against Arkansas in the Cotton if I recall. How many points did the Razorbacks put up on ya'll in your OWN stadium again?

You've lost your damn mind. Just because they can beat UGA doesn't mean than can beat LSU.

Wow, a game 3 years ago and we lost by 3. Good one.

it's called sarcasm, we know that for UGA fans that word is too big to understand

Riiiiight, since LSU ranks in the bottom portion of the 119 schools in D-IA football academically

Matt Stafford just got off the shitter, shouldn't you be there to wipe his arse for him?

He's saving it for you after he humiliates your team in TS. He's going to give you a nice brown nose

Umm; if you had any credibility to begin with, you just lost it. Do you actually follow college football?

More so than you

at this point rankings are almost meaningless. As long as a team is ranked in the top 15-20, all they have to do is take care of business and they will have a shot at a title.

Tell that to the '04 Auburn team

Its not going to ever change because all of these different coaches, ESPN and the losers that do the polls #1 thinks that USC is the cream of the crop, #2 Ohio State is always in the top three. No matter our past year accomplishments they do not care. We never get any love from ESPN the only thing that they harp on is the Big 10 which really have no tough schedules.

Moe, I agree with your post, finally an LSU fan with half a brain on here, but you're wrong about ESPN's coverage of your Tigers. They clearly love you guys, have ever since Saban. And that might just because you hire Big 10 coaches, so you could be partly right

its gonna hurt real bad for yall when yall lose.i know yall wont cry on our board

We're bound to drop a game or two, if I recall ya'll didn't go undefeated either, but fortunately enough play in the weaker side of the conference

I won't need to cry on here, cause I'll be boasting after we smash you in your own stadium
I thought ESPN hated you guys?

Yeah, Kiper is REALLY the voice of reason :rotflmao:

Those damn Germans at ESPN hate us.

Everybody hates us

Ya'll HAVE to be kidding...LSU has been the ESPN darling ever since Saban. Are you kidding with this or being serious? :snoozer:

List 6 schools that should be ahead of LSU.

UGA
UF
Oklahoma
Ohio State
USC
West Virginia
Missouri

Oops, that's seven

Until he wins a BCS Championship he will be overrated. This is the SEC where National Championships are won

Can't the same be said until Miles and Cryer win it all with their OWN players?

That link really doesn't support you too much. LA is closer to Big 12 country than the ACC, scewing numbers. Per capita, Mississipi is the top for NFL products, but they have 3 instate schools that tap into the players, as well as LSU, Bama, Ark, and Auburn.

Sure it does, since the thread is about recruiting, not producing NFL players. And if you think Bama and Auburn don't have plenty of players from Georgia then you don't know anything about SEC football. Not mention UT, UF, FSU, SC, Clemson, UNC, NC State, etc.
Hence my comments about how it's been since Richt has been at Georgia.....

Two things, i would think a lot of people here would know sturdivant as he started every game last year as a freshman. and since everyone knows so much about our line woes, then they have obviously researched it and known what they were talking about . second thing, once again, ill take asher allen

It seems pretty clear they only know what ESPN tells them about UGA. They're under the impression that TS was our only linemen. Giving them a reality check in BR is going to be classic. Going for three in a row, the middle finger :doublebird:

LSU fans really are the biggest babies of the conference. No wonder every school hates you guys.

How overrated was Richt the last two times he faced LSU blew your asses out?
The state of Georgia is always in the mix. I see the argument with LA not having another rival college to compete with, but since Richt has been at UGA he's essentially locked down the state of Georgia and Tech has tradionally always gotten our leftovers (minus Calvin Johnson who's b*&%# of a mom talked him out of moving SO far away to Athens on signing day). Most research and data taken by pundits usually have Georgia in the top 5 with Fla, Tx, Ca and Pa.

LINK
BamaScoop, why do you hate UGA so much? Haven't enjoyed the outcomes of our recent meetings I suppose?

If you aren't letting Moreno return punts because of fear of getting hurt you're an idiot. That dude has a lot better chance of getting hurt running through the line then returning punts. If he is your best kick returner then play him. A good return man can as big an impact on the game as a good running back. Get the ball in the hands of your play maker as many times as possible. Period. One big punt return can change the game.

I don't disagree with a single thing you said Infidel, good post. The only problem is, the Bush argument is comparable, but Bush didn't get the load of the handoffs while in the back field at USC, White did. Bush was placed all over the field. Moreno does get the bulk of the carries, and we actually don't have a named second tailback to date. King was supposed to be the guy, but he's getting some serious competition between two freshman at the moment. You can look at that as a good or bad thing I suppose. You do want your best player/athlete to have the ball as much as possible, but if we don't have a guy we can put the load on in case, GOD FORBID, Moreno gets hurt, then we'd be in a hole if he gets injuried on special teams
