Danny has also claimed that it was Chizik's questioning of the NCAA official in Destin that revved up the investigation. Why would they need that as an excuse to crank up the investigation if they already had proof???

A suit will bring out who Danny's source is and who is pushing the information. I think a lot of Auburn People would love to find out where all the Cam info has been coming from. If the accussed bagman has money, he will not care if he wins the suit.

Your guess is moronic. Sheridan doesn't have a good relationship with Bama. Just because you go to school somewhere doesn't mean you have a great relationship with the administration there.
You might want to look at another school & former coaches as being Danny's source for his info.

We shall see if Danny is FOS or has a source in an SEC AD. The stories coming from all the Bammers (Moore, Redfish, McNair,DS) at least are consistent, someone is getting the memo.

Just look at how long it took the Reggie Bush thing to go down. That's why the NCAA is wanting to revise their rules and enforcement to focus on major case like Da U and Lyles and Camgate.
