If you're too stupid to grasp the fact that Schiano has never even been implicated in a civil proceeding, where the standard of proof is much lower, you're beyond help.

You do realize that not all civil proceedings are public record right? Or the fact that things like this are regularly handled outside of court? It's pretty laughable that you think just because there's no public record of Schiano being involved means he is completely innocent or never implicated.
This isn't the court of law, it's the court of public opinion. Schiano was there, he's been publicly implicated as having eyes on the issues, and it's basically well accepted that anyone coaching Penn St football at the time would have had to be completely ignorant to the point of being too dumb to hire to not know there was issues with Sandusky.

You're trying to prove a negative. Surely you're intelligent enough to understand that's not how things work. It's like me saying that just because there is no public record of you being involved in kiddie porn doesn't mean it's not so.

Lol, except for one major difference. His fellow coach was convicted. This isn't the Moore sexual assault issue where no one was ever convicted.
Sandusky was convicted of many many accounts over many years. Schiano was around.
Crimes were committed and Schiano was around. That's proof enough for me to never want to hire him. If he didn't see the things going on, then I wouldn't hire him just because he should have known how much of a Scum bag Sandusky is.
The Sandusky issues were very well known and covered up by many.
