This is the third time Mullen to Florida rumors have come up.
Mullen keeps overachieving at MSU and Florida keeps losing coaches.
Saban has damn near killed the SEC.
Sumlin is safe. If I am the Arkansas and maybe Tennessee AD, I'm definitely weighing my options. Not sure it is prudent to make such a financial move as long as the SEC cannot be won.

Strickland stealing from his old school would be pretty bush league. Don't see that happening
He's also an alumnus and his father in laws Jersey is hanging in the Hump. He isn't poaching from State.

Would rather e stay at moo state. I don’t want him at Florida where recruiting is way easier

I've come around on Mullen. Not my first choice but I think he may do well here.
I love how Florida fans act like they can just get whoever they want. Who have been the last two hires at UF? Ha. The fact is Dan will still be coaching MSU and we are more than likely going to beat the shite out of UF next year.

When did he do it before?

What part of my post led you to believe that I think we can get whoever we want?
Some people just wake up looking to be aggrieved it seems.
Simmer down. Mullen down the list a bit.

With what he has coming in from JUCO redshirts next year and the return of the complete offense, he's not going anywhere.
He could get 10 times better players than those at Florida. Not a shot at State. Just a fact.

Mullen interviewed for the Miami job, to say he wouldn't be interested in Florida is
ludicrous . This is business for him and Strickland, loyalty to MSU isn't a factor.
I think Florida can do better, but if Florida calls, Mullen is answering.

This thread is made every time florida fires a coach. But personally, I think Dan Mullen would be great at Florida and idk why both UF and Mullen won't make it happen. Mullen seems happy at State, and he's in the best situation there, he's been in years. Their teams doing decent, his jobs in zero jeopardy. His in state rival is about to get hammered. He's got it made at state right now. But I'd love to see him go to UF. Wonder if he ever wears his 2 Natty rings around that he got at Florida.

Strickland stealing from his old school would be pretty bush league.
He's going to hire who he feels gives them the best chance at a national championship. I don't know if Mullen is the best person for that, though.
