You are a moron if you think the Steel hire was seen as a massive upgrade by LSU fans. The only thing that softened the blow of the Steel hire at the time was getting Orgeron. Now with that said the LSU fans were willing to give him the benefit of doubt that it was an upgrade at all.

1) Because they've talked about getting more spread concepts into the offense, and they told an in state QB recruit that they are definitely changing the offense after Fournette leaves. This in state recruit doesn't look like he has a chance in hell of playing good in a pro style offense unless he plays WR and we have a shite ton of them.
2) Craig is mad because he doesn't get more input in the Aubie offense, or at least help coach the position he is good at coaching.
3) Really all factors point to a similar conclusion. Why would he leave his alma mater for just an increase in salary? If he doesn't like a control freak in Malzahn, why would he go to a control freak in Miles/Cam?
Realistically I'm hoping that both Miles and Cam have been humbled and realize they need help to not only improve this offense and passing game, but transition this offense with the type of dual threat QBs we have assembled the last 3 years and will be recruiting in 2017.

LSU would be in huge trouble recruiting recievers without Craig. Frank Wilson was the primary recruiter for Dupre, T Johnson, S Sullivan and secondary for D Anderson, J Ferguson and D. Dillon. LSU recievers coaches were never mentioned as reason for
