No problem with being put down by other SEC teams.

The one thing I am very confidant of is that the Aggies are going to show up ready to play ball every Saturday, don't schedule them for your homecoming.

No chance. SEC Coaches ranked 10 SEC offensive linemen ahead of Collins.

I don't doubt any of this. But based on performance thus far, he doesn't belong in this discussion.

You're stupid. La'el played guard last year. Tackle is his natural spot and where he will be playing this year.

But if people said it preseason, it must be true.

And every left tackle that has played under Nick Saban since his arrival in 2007 has been selected in the first round.

It helps when you get the number 1 tackle out of high school every year. That's ok. La'el will go first round and so will Crob wherever he goes.

Right now, I think you kind of have to say Jake > CyKo > Tiny.

However, I think when you really break them down (and especially by the end of the year) it's gonna be CyKo > Jake > Tiny, but it's gonna be extremely close between all three. I also think all three are better than Lewan.

By the time SEC awards roll around, the two best tackles will be Jake Matthews and Cedric Ogbuehi.

Matthews is so much better than Cyrus Whatthefrickever it isn't even funny.

So in a discussion about who is the best LT in the SEC, you say a guy who hasn't played any meaningful snaps at the position deserves mention at this moment? I don't care if tackle is his natural spot, he hasn't played it yet and is thus unproven there. This discussion can be revisited at the end of the season and he can be brought up as a valid candidate for best LT but not right now.

This. I THINK Collins will be a good LT, but he hasn't proven shite in college at the position, so it's stupid to say he's already in a league with guys like CyKo and Jake.
