realistically, when you're d-line is sec caliber since that's a prerequisite for doing well in this league (just ask arkansas). After this and a history of sustained success. which IMO won't take twenty years, but will take some time

Yep, we're still in our Hell Week. The signal-to-noise ratio can be VERY small at times, but you get used to it. Keep a thick skin, and it's a good place to get information on the other teams without the homer filter that you typically find on your own team's message boards. Welcome!
