* Tough to find great DL to play in the 3-4 because it take unselfish play. That's hard to find these days
* Great 3-4 DL are hard enough to come by, and Auburn recruits in both Bama/Georgia territory. Both run the 3-4 defense.
* Auburn needs to fire Roof. Auburn should hire a great DC that's the real deal. Seems Chizik rode Tubs mind back in day because Auburn should have a good defense regardless of Roof deficiencies with Chizik as HC.

Changing to the 3-4 isn't going to help Auburn defense. Getting someone who knows how to coach defense is what's needed.

ROLL TIDE !!!!!!!!

Yes, that's why he had top 20 defenses before & after he was at Auburn.

It's more likely that he's following Mack Brown's CEO type of head coaching instead.

We can't find 1 good LB, so I don't know how we are going to get 4.

In fairness, we did lose our top LB recruit to a preseason injury in Kris Frost. I think he was really gonna push for a starting job and was going to get A LOT of minutes this year. He was gonna be an impact guy.

I can't wait to see him play. He's got the protypical size (6'3", 215) and speed (4.5-4.6 range). He could stand to put on a few more pounds, but he should be a good one.
