LSU offense averaged 36 points in 2013. They also broke LSU records. You're ignorant.
So....with 3 future NFL stars and a future starting NFL QB, LSU still managed to average less points than this years Alabama team that is lead by a former RB at QB and Lane Kiffin at OC?

So Carter's questioning is based on a valid merit, all LSU can do is make excuses for Les Miles while pretending they are not completely satisfied with the mediocrity that has resulted.

not to mention LSU has lost 4 DL in 2 years, 3 of which were underclassmen. And obviously we all know what was lost on offense.
Dale, can you even name the DLmen that left LSU for the NFL? If not, you have no business discussing LSU football.

Calling Sims a former RB is hysterical and Lane Kiffin is a good coach. You won't find 1 post from me criticizing that hire. He'd still be at USC if those sanctions weren't brought down upon his arrival.
But to answer your question, yea, I guess. But that means nothing to me as the guys mentioned who left for the NFL all had great seasons and the offense did everything it could to win games, save Mett vs Ole Miss.

But remember. Saban will leave sooner rather than later, and three years later Bama will be 5-7. Followed by 6-6 and 4-8. And you will wonder "why are all these guys hating on us this much? What did we ever do to deserve this ? Why are they being such dicks?"
Enjoy it now. Because the Universe always reverts to the mean. And you will be totally unprepared for it. And the rest of the planet will enjoy every minute of it.

Wow, ten pages and as a Razorback fan I still will pray tonight as always that Les remains HC of lsu.
Love it that lsu fans disagree. Just hope that is representative of lsu fans that matter.

He's 6-4 vs Arkansas..

That's the kind of mediocrity Arkansas fans have come to expect.

What does last season have to do with this season?

Les lost more top in state recruits last year in one county/parish than Bret will lose in the entire state of Arkansas over the next five years.
Les sucks.
I only tell you this knowing you are helpless to stop it

Cant really argue that he didn't. I didn't know until a few months ago Beckham was that good. 3 games against Bama and 0 TD's.
Sort if like we're Wondering with Cooper

Bret was 9 for 9 this year on in state talent, although I do understand that Les is at a disadvantage recruiting to Baton Rouge vs Fayetteville.

A coach with two SEC wins in two years...

A coach with the best in state talent in the country per capita with nothing to show for it from the players he was able to recruit.
