No, just that they were about on par with each other and those crowning Fournette after one season need to hold the phone.

Unbiased opinion: both have the same amount of potential.
So far, Chubb has looked better.
Eventually, Fournette's stats will be better because LSU will run the ball 35+ times a game with him while Chubb will get closer to 25-30 range.
I'd be happy to have either on my team.

Saban won a title in year 3 and was in the SECCG 2 years in after taking over for Shula.
Gus got to the BCSNCG in year 1.
It's not like the cupboard was bare at Ohio St, they had multiple 10 win seasons in the years before Tressel left.
Also, he won the natty in his second year at UF, so it's not like his run this year was unprecedented.
