This was brought up on OSU fan site also. Unbelievable stat to be honest. College ball is the polar opposite of the NFL it seems, with referee biases

All of those teams rank high in TFL and sacks. My guess would be the common denominator in "missed calls" for those teams would be for offensive holding

There was a pretty interesting Study done on college basketball years ago that seem to show that referees would favor a team that was far behind in calls.
