Everyone "gets slower" in college, or at least everyone who's good. There was an article done after last years draft comparing NFL combine 40's to reported high school 40's and something like 90% of them are worse. High school reporting/recruiting hyping + bulking up equals slower, more realistic times.

I don't know about the 4.1 stuff, but Corey Grant won the state championship in the 100 meters during both his junior and senior year of high school. He definitely has some speed

I'm sure they can but a sub 4.5 is flying and much more likely. If Corey Grant ran a 4.45 at Bama I'd highly doubt he runs better than a 4.42 now, and even then that's a lot of improvement.

I know the stop watch on your phone isn't the most reliable, but here's the video and when i timed it i got sub 4.2 each time.
