Actually, yeah they do. It doesn't look any better in person, and one updated entryway does not make it one of the "premier" stadiums in the country." Sorry to disappoint you.

Yes I realize BDS has bleacher seating. But BDS isn't cramped like tennessee's. Most uncomfortable stadium I have ever been in

Naturally I would expect an Alabama fan to give a rational, unbias, and fair opinion of a rival teams football stadium.

Don't worry, we are very disappointed each time we go to BDS too. Its always funny to see the bare student section filled to about 40% capacity. Yet, your fan base continues to boast the stadium has had been filled every game back to 1988...

Its 1988.

Having a stadium "sold out" is different then having it filled up.

You must've been drunk because the student section is always filled up, especially for the UT game. Only 40% full is a laughable claim at best.

coolest SEC stadiums

1. Bama-Closest thing to a NFL type stadium thats on campus.
2. Florida
3. Georgia-I always enjoyed my time in their stadium
4. LSU-seriously needs a facelift and from what I gather its in motion
5. Auburn-needs some updates as well

*would rank Arky but LSU never plays up there so I cannot comment on a stadium I haven't been to.

You UT fans act like we're flaming you. We're not. Neyland really is cramped and uncomfortable to sit in. Period, end of discussion.

And maybe this will sound like a flame, but it's more of a request:

Could you PLEASE get your band to play a few more songs? "Rocky Top" gets old quick. Really quick.

The last time I was there, the woman in front of me literally screamed "OH GOD! NOT AGAIN!" upon hearing "Rocky Top" played for the umpteenth time.

The funny thing was, that was a game UT LOST. Imagine if they had won.

1986. 1988. Whichever. It's been a long time. And that little section that you sometimes see empty is the greek section

LSU you're delusional if you think anyone finds your stadium to be cool. Intimidating =/= cool. Now it may be debatable to which is more important, but they aren't the same thing.

Yeah LSU should be higher on that list. At least in the top 3.

Which one is it? bamaboy says the greek section is empty and funky says it's laughable.

I've been there and I've seen it nearly empty.

I realize we're on a internet chat board and you'll never give a rational opinion on anything, I don't know what I was thinking actually participating in this conversation.

I beg to differ. Of course I want LSU to have a cool stadium. Its just not in that tier with you all until a major facelift takes place. They plan on expanding the Roman Arches around the entire stadium(south endzone). They need to add more lighting, redo the concession areas and ramps.

There is the greek section and then the student section. The top corner that is usually empty is the greek section. They sometimes don't even come to the games. It's irritating. As for me giving a rational opinion, you know nothing about me. I am actually pretty fricking rational.

Please explain this to Funky Tide then, because he seems to think it isn't true.

I don't know man, I rarely even see that section empty. I will say that the last time we beat the shite out of UT in BDS, that game was at 11am if I remember correctly, and me and everyone I know got fricked up until about 7am that Friday night. Probably explains why you saw some empty seats.
