UT and UF are the only teams to win a bowl in football this year and also reach the sweet 16 or better

I do love how most LSU fans think it is just a given that they will be able to go to a final four because of a guy like Simmons, when Cal has basically been then the only guy with any real success using 1 and done players.
Two hall of fame coaches in Self and K flamed out of the tournament early with Wiggins and Jabari Parker.
You'd probably have to go back to the Ohio State team with Conley and Oden to find a Final 4 team that was led by freshman that didn't play for Cal.

I think LSU is hands down the best in all three sports (Football, Basketball, and Baseball). 
I think if you were just looking at Football and basketball, Florida would be better.

Have you ever heard of freshmen? Besides Tennessee every year, LSU had the youngest team in the SEC. The QB is a sophomore, the RB was a true freshmen, all but 1 WRs were true freshmen, 4 defensive starters were freshmen. It's a miracle LSU went 8-5 in the first place. 2014 was a year that was impossible to reload because of the amount of talent lost in the draft.
