I think I got cheated too. Somehow State can never make the big game. It is some huge conspiracy against our school. The government can’t allow State to be first in anything. Diddly and Lew conspired for me to lose in the elite 8.

Idk what the criteria was for this bracket but putting pio in there was shitty choice.

The shitty choice was the randomized bracket seeding. Lots of heavy hitters bit the dust in the first two rounds.

I wouldn't say screwed, but it certainly took some luster off the entire idea to lose people like BowlJackson, Wolfhound45, AHM21, Vols & Shaft, etc... right out the gate because they were paired against other heavies.

That could have been done as its own voting system leading up to the bracket itself. Similar to how we do the football power rankings. Would have been a much higher quality process. There are at least two posters who made it to the second round that I'm not sure I've ever seen post.
Just some food for thought next time around. Overall, it was a super cool idea and I like the fact that you took the time to do it.

Eh, I would’ve seeded the Top 16 and then randomized the rest. This is my recommendation for the worst bracket.
But even the way this one played out, I think 12ish of the Sweet 16 were reasonable.
A few outliers but most of them make sense.

I like that idea much better and agree with your overall assessment of this bracket. It wasn't outrageous, but still had some head scratchers. Overall, pretty well done and a cool idea.

If we voted on the seeding that would defeat the purpose of the bracket itself.
We would basically know how the bracket would turn out ahead of time.

I'm gonna just do what Lew said. List your 4 worst posters on a surveymonkey. I will figure out the specifics based on the results of a survey.
