Yea, "34-29" looks better but I was there, and one of the 9 LSU fans at the end. And, hey,I'm proud of the boys for hanging in there at the end.

But for 53 minutes that was true domination physically not like I've seen by an opponent in Tiger Stadium since the early to mid 1990's.Sure,I thought State could win. But never by just pounding us silly and making every single "big play" in the game. (I guess its conceivable when LSU held State to FG at 14-0 LSU may have made a big play.)

Quite frankly, IMO LSU got the 'breaks'. After LSU scored on the first play of the second half and State had 3rd and 10, Tiger Stadium was about as loud as I've ever heard.Really big time how State not only didn't fold, but started dominating again.

Mullen has done a great job and I tip my hat to State's administration for sticking with him. He's building a sustainable program,IMO. Yea, Sherrill had guys as big as whats on the line, but most of those guys were JUCO guys who wilted on the third series. Not this bunch. They mash the whole game.

Congrats again on a solid win.

This is what made me believe in this team. We didn't lose control like we normally would. That 3rd and 11 conversion was one of the biggest plays of the game

After that defensive touchdown, everyone(including myself) in the stadium KNEW that LSU was about to storm back. The roar from the crowd was unlike anything I've ever heard.

Both teams used the Hand Clap snap method; kinda negates crowd noise.

P.S. Thanks & Best Wishes the rest of the way.
