I supervise about 70 of them. I came from construction and figured it would be a nice change of pace from what I was used to. Boy was I wrong they are a hundred times worse than us and a lot meaner. Plus when its a bunch a guys and there is a slacker in the ranks everyone can get him back in line or make him so miserable he quits. There is no fraternity like that amongst them.
