I usually like to just read this stuff and never comment but with the almost year long discussion I have grown tired and with the heat maybe Im just pissed off but AU has got to have the most dillusional cult based group of fans in the country:
1.) Family, It's a God Thing, All In, viciously attack all detractors.
Pete Thamels article was basically fluff but he had 4 coaches go on the record and you guys want to believe an AU reporter with unnamed sources give me a break. If Thamel came out with an article with unnamed sources as in the past year it would be not a credible article because he couldn't name his source. Well there ya go, you got your sourced article whether you like it or not your team is under investigation. Deal with it.
2.) They are in serious freaking denial.
Yes, you crazy idiots the rest of the country is out to get you. Just like OJ and Casey Anthony anyone with any sense knows you cheated to get cam... Not guilty doesnt mean innocent.
3.) When they say they are investigating CM recruitment, they got what they need about his recruitment to MSU - he didn't go there why would they still be investigating that... it's not logical...
4.) I'm starting to believe that no matter what comes out your not going to believe you did anything wrong. They could have video tape of Chizik handing Cecil Newton money and you would find some excuse as to why it didnt happen..
In the end, I am ready for football games to start so this talk will end.

Because Thamel is at a basketball tourney this week with every basketball in the country and he had knowledge of it and wanted someone to go on the record. He asked and they gave him what he wanted. It sounds like it fell in his lap. Its not an earth shattering story. It confirms what we already know. What is damaging is now you have 4 coaches confirming that the NCAA confirmed its investigation was ongoing. They never discuss publicily what they are investigating and Chizik got them to confirm it in front of the coaches who recruit against him... Not his brightest moment
