So how do you prove a negative? Theyer gets to throw that out there knowing full well UF can't confirm or deny it, and you accept it as fact? I might also add that Theyer could not confirm it because of the same federal law.
He had a source that said it was true, thats more than anyone else has saying it isnt true. But I will concede the point that isnt proven.
Even if you remove the grades thing from the equation, my point still stands. He didnt give a shite about the tickets, and he didnt give a shite about the laptop. He threw the tickets in the glove box and the laptop out the window. He has no intention of ever paying the consequences of his actions if he can help it. Period.

If anything the GT story proves that just because Cam was declared eligible to play does not mean Auburn can't later be punished for what Cam may have done and still lose its BCS title.
Demaryius Thomas was investigated by the NCAA, declared eligible to continue the rest of the season, and GT was still heavily punished because of things they later found and especially GT's uncooperative attitude. Chizik pissing off Roe and Auburn's ALL IN attitude may not look so great now.

I thought this one is kind of interesting too.

@CharlesRobinson Charles Robinson The Georgia Tech ruling isn't a barometer for anyone else...unless the NCAA feels other schools on the hook are hindering an investigation.

Nevermind the dumbasses still have Dye around the program after getting them on probation, hell even named their field after him,(idiots) the NCAA remembers this kind of arrogance....

will look like this in the future
Cam Newton was investigated by the NCAA, declared eligible to continue the rest of the season, and Au was still heavily punished because of things they later found and especially Au's uncooperative attitude. Plus Chizik pissing off Roe and Auburn's ALL IN attitude gave them the extra motivation needed to hammer Au worse the USC and slightly less than SMU.

The only people getting what you are talking about are Au fans.

He went to MF'in class. I know people who had class with him. There were posters on here who had class with him. And it was for Spring, Summer and Fall. Not just one semester as the ATPB, Tidefans, BOL would suggest.
I had classes with him and he was not there 75% and a few times (on test days) this stranger to the class came in and took a test. Never saw him again.. Prove me wrong!

I'm not worried at this situation at all. Maybe I have my head in the sand but I was more worried last November than I am now.
I'm glad Chizik called out that bitch Roe. He's tired of all this and he's calling them out because he knows he has nothing to worry about. He's tired of the recruits asking him questions about the investigation. He's ready to put an end to this.
