As much as I like to make fun of the Big 12 and occasionally kick them while they're down, I think we need to acknowledge that they have/had Texas, Oklahoma, and Nebraska. Historically, these teams have been national powers, though only Texas shared a conference with TAMU before the Big 12 was formed. We're not talking the 40s-80s here, I concede, but these are not laughable conference-mates in the bigger picture. It's not like the SEC Rant doesn't do its own version of the Big 6 + everyone else. The Big 12 had great programs and, well, less great programs, just like the SEC.

You can take the Aggy out of the big 12 but can't take the big 12 out of aggy.
