Well, here’s the smart move.
Have three partners come to an agreement, form a property management company and then buy a Cockaboose, a condo and a beach house/condo..
Party in the Cockaboose for games, special events, VIPs, investment meetings, etc., sleep in the condo when you leave the Cockaboose .... the condo is literally right behind the Cockaboose for that matter so sometimes the parties goes back and forth between the two.
The place at the beach, the three partners use whenever, then rent it out the rest of the time .... pays for the place, pays the taxes, upkeep, HOA fees, the note but it’s break even at best.
Still, it’s a lot of fun.
Anyways, that’s the way I would do it.

From a practicality standpoint, the stadium is 2 hours away whereas the beach is about 5 and the mountains 8, so I’d get much more use from the one outside the stadium.
