So I'm curious, how much time have you spent on a Power 5 sideline?

Let's see if you can figure this out. You haven't lambasted the white privilege men who haven't played football and are on the committee.

Simple enough?

I must have missed where this thread was started about them.

You should start one. I'll copy and paste everything I've said here. Go back to my first post in this thread - it was specifically about women.

None, but I did play college football.

By this logic every two-bit has-been who ever actually played football should have sufficient football knowledge to be on the committee.

No, that's not at all what I'm saying.

I'm saying in addition to being smart and capable of making tough decisions that require a great deal of consideration - it's important that the individuals making those decisions have a true understanding of the game.

That's all.

So you'd consider yourself a better candidate for the committee then Mike Leach?

Nope. Obviously Mike Leach would be an exception to what I've said in this thread. An anomaly, not the norm.

Ah so now we're throwing out exceptions for those who didn't play to suit your argument.

Great logic.

Or I have enough common sense to know that there are obvious exceptions. I guess I could have said "yeah" to your question. That would have been more fun for you, I'm sure.

Sorry for ruining it for you.

I get what you are saying now. And I agree, up to a point. You are talking about intangibles. And the game-situation was a good point.

Let me ask you this, does your rule apply to other sports as well?

I think everyone missed your point. That is because you don't have one.

The only conclusion that is possible is that you are a hick racist.

You don't point out the lack of football playing experience for white people on the committee, only the dark person.

Disgusting.

That's a good question. I'm not sure, to be honest. I haven't put much thought into it. I suppose it would depend on the specific situation.

Are you trying to troll me right now? I'm confused.

Very strange that you're the only person in 5 pages of discussion to bring up race while talking to me. Odd.

Trolling you? You refuse to point out the lack of football playing time for the white men on the committee but, have nothing but disdain for Rice.

Are you ready to boot the white men off the committee who have no playing time?

Are you fixing to start a couple of threads about each of them and then proceed to blather on about how they should not be in the position they are in?

You are full of hate. Why do racists always try to hide their true nature? At least the kooky Klanners and Skin Heads have balls and admit it.

Your type are even more disgusting than they are.

This thread isn't about those men, it's about Rice.

At no point in this thread have I exhibited any disdain for anyone. I simply think she isn't qualified to be making the decisions shes being asked to make.

Absolutely, if there are any who have never played the game at any level. I've stated that more than once.

I didn't start this thread.

It doesnt have a damn thing to do with her race it has to do with the incontrovertible FACT that she aided and abetted a lie that resulted in the deaths of Americans and thousands of innocent women and children " The Price of apathy is to be ruled by evil men " ( and or women in this case ). Plato
