What has been denied on here daily? Still waiting. Since it happens daily, maybe linking a post would be fairly easy.

BTW, to answer your question, an investigation into Colonial Bank has nothing to do with Auburn football.

U think? Thats like saying Lowder had nothing to do with Auburn Football. No flame, but I'd be a little nervous, and Auburns had way more infractions than anyone else in sec.I'd be nervous because like Auburn,we've been there, done that, though on a smaller scale, and it wasn't pretty. You can deny all you want that Lowder had anything to do with Auburn in a Illegal capacity, but myself,I'll wait and see what happens after the Logan Young debacle

How can you do it "Peacefully"? I'm not gonna go back, but will tell you when Logan Young was being investigated, many Auburn fans were doing the same thing, calling bama cheaters, you name it,and LoL when bama got hammered. I never had a good feeling throughout the process, knowing what goes on in college football now days. In other words,I knew it was at LEAST POSSIBLE it happened, and it did.

I doubt the FDIC is concerned about Auburn, but I guess it is possible others might want to go down that avenue. I guess I would have some mild concern; but not overly concerned.

Only in Lee County can the most inflential person on Campus be indicted for a host of illegal activites and the BarnBurners dont see that as indicative of the program they run. How do you define Executive Leadership over there?

You guys are really fricking idiots and are going to be severely disappointed. Your ignorance is really obvious. The Colonial Bank investigation is all about representations CB made about their financial health to receive TARP funds. This was primarily based on an agreed upon investment by TBW. Unfortunately, TBW misrepresented their financial health (I am actually pretty familiar with the company and their operations, circa 2007) and could not deliver. This led directly to CB having to declare bankruptcy and the subsequent investigation into whether CB should have ever applied and been eligible for TARP funds and whether they misled shareholders when they basically said the TBW investment was a done deal.

It absolutely has nothing to do with Auburn whatsoever (the CB and TARP investigation), but you dumbasses can keep thinking it does if you want.
