I thought our pitching issues (and our up and down hitting issues) would trip us up before we got this far. If we get past Auburn maybe we get hot but while I love my team I think we just have too many holes in the roster this year.

Honestly, I think Ole Miss is the team to beat right now.

Anyone remember what Ole Miss and Oklahoma's odds were at the start of the tournament?

You can hedge it with OU now if you want to break even.

Middle of the pack.

I believer tu and Stanford were the favorites. ND up there too.

We are going to ride it out . BIL hates OU so there's no way.

I want to congratulate ND on their win today. It looks like Dettmer is starting, and he's been shelled in his last few outings

I guess we really are out of pitching

Rudis and Palisch are the best A&M has out of the pen for the end of the game. Dettmer will start - it is all over the A&M sites

I went to the preview of this game and thought they were featuring him because he was starting. Slightly confusing.

You should see the nervousness on TA (TexAgs) right now, not quite a meltdown yet but close. Dettmer hasn't been solid for the last month but I guess him facing ND is better than OU again.

Gotcha. I never go to any websites other than each team's official website. You never know what kind of lunatic is providing the info at some of those fan sites.

TexAgs is actually a really good source for baseball. One of the staff is a huge baseball fan and even coaches on the side. Football is a different matter ...

Thanks CA, will keep that in mind.

Also I am guessing on Notre Dame's starting pitcher. He has been their #3 guy lately though, so we shall see.

Our #1 vs their #3. We should have an edge. Just ignore Dirty Detts last 4-5 starts.

I feel like fans of every team still playing right now are defeatist and wimpy
